Award-winning ADA Homes is proud to be Slidell's largest licensed builder. With over 40 years helping develop St. Tammany Parish, third generation Mr. Scott E. Reine, ADA's latest CEO, has taken the helm and is carrying on the outstanding quality of ADA and the Reine family.

Managing the day to day construction operations, Scott E. Reine follows in the footsteps of his father, George E. Reine, III and his father before him. Experienced in all aspects of real estate, including residential construction and development, commercial construction and development and land sales and acquisition, the Reine family has constructed over 1,500 single family homes, ranging from $18,000 to $2.9 million, hundreds of multi-family units, office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, commercial office parks and buildings and developing over 4,500 single family lots. Well respected and known for their determination, persistence, quality and expertise, the Reine family is proud of the many services and contributions they have made to their community.

ADA's Beginnings
With his father as his mentor, George E. Reine, III opened his first business in 1968 and specialized in building quality affordable homes. Throughout the 1970’s and 80’s Reine developed a building program which provided all buyers, especially first-time homeowners, with the opportunity to achieve the American dream, owning your own home.

Lakeshore Estates Sandpiper Interior By the late 1970’s, George Reine was building 300 homes a year, developing subdivisions, and expanding into custom-build homes, specific to each customer. At his peak, he was the largest home builder in Louisiana and one of the largest in the Gulf Coast region.

Today, led by George's son Scott E. Reine, award-winning ADA Contractors, Inc., focuses on two areas: development of prestigious communities, and quality construction of custom homes.

ADA Contractors, Inc. has recently developed such prestigious communities as Mossy Oaks Subdivision, a multi-million dollar gated community; Kensington Estates, Taylor Trace, Coldwater Creek and Nickel Creek just to name a few. ADA Contractors Inc. has most recently built homes in Chanticleer Estates, Stonebridge Estates, The Moorings and Lakeshore Estates; another multi-million dollar gated community.
